Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is partnering with a fast-growing AI hardware company to lead full-cycle recruiting for silicon, hardware, systems, and software talent. You will work with engineering leadership to define profiles and sourcing strategies that match highly specialized requirements.

You will screen candidates, manage multiple searches, and build pipelines in competitive markets, providing data-driven updates to leadership. A strong technical background is a plus; Ashby ATS experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience in hardware, semiconductor, systems, or deeply technical environments.
• Experience recruiting for RTL, microarchitecture, design verification, physical design, SoC architecture or related hardware disciplines.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify high-quality candidates in specialized talent markets.
• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly.
• Proven track record of hiring strong engineering talent in competitive markets.
• Comfortable owning the recruiting process from outbound sourcing through screening and candidate management.
• Strong communication and ability to build credibility with engineers and senior leadership.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting within AI hardware, accelerators, semiconductor startups or LLM infrastructure is valuable.
• A technical or engineering background is a strong bonus.
• Experience with Ashby or similar ATS is useful.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across highly technical hardware, silicon and systems roles.
• Hire engineers across RTL, microarchitecture, design verification, physical design, SoC architecture, power architecture, systems and software.
• Partner with engineering leadership to understand highly specialized requirements.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-hire profiles in competitive markets.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines across semiconductor, AI hardware and deep-tech communities.
• Run initial candidate screens and assess technical background and fit.
• Adapt quickly as hiring priorities shift in a rapidly scaling startup.
• Provide leadership with data-driven reporting on pipeline health and hiring progress.
• Help shape recruiting processes and hiring strategy as the company scales.
