This role will own proactive talent mapping and pipeline development for complex, hard-to-fill technical positions. The Talent Sourcer will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, provide market intelligence, and influence recruiting outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the semiconductor engineering talent landscape, a creative and data-driven approach to sourcing, and demonstrated success engaging highly experienced and passive engineering professionals in competitive markets. ***This is a W2 contract position and is not eligible for C2C or W2 referral candidates.***Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for complex semiconductor R&D positions, including defining target candidate profiles, building high-quality talent pipelines, and aligning sourcing efforts with business and hiring priorities. • Support recruiting efforts across GPU, SoC, CPU, NPU, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, Performance/Power, Architecture, and other silicon engineering disciplines. • Leverage advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search, talent mapping, market research, competitive intelligence, and social sourcing, to identify highly qualified passive candidates. • Proactively identify and engage top engineering talent through personalized outreach, compelling opportunity positioning, and effective recruitment storytelling. • Leverage recruitment marketing resources and social platforms to strengthen company’s employer brand and build awareness within highly competitive engineering talent markets. • Develop talent pipelines beyond immediate requisitions to support long-term workforce planning and future hiring needs. • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate search strategies, clarify candidate profiles, and continuously refine sourcing approaches. • Provide real-time insights into talent availability, competitive hiring activity, compensation considerations, geographic markets, and other relevant semiconductor labor-market trends. • Track sourcing activity and pipeline performance, using data and market intelligence to improve efficiency, engagement, and hiring outcomes. • Navigate complex and evolving searches while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition. • 2+ years of experience supporting semiconductor R&D, hardware engineering, silicon engineering, or related technical recruiting. • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates within one or more of the following areas: o GPU o SoC o CPU/NPU o Semiconductor Architecture o RTL Design o Design Verification o Physical Design o Performance/Power o Silicon Engineering • Proven success identifying, engaging, and influencing passive candidates within highly competitive semiconductor and technology markets. • Advanced proficiency with Boolean search, talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence. • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other modern sourcing technologies. • Strong understanding of semiconductor engineering talent markets, including relevant skill sets, talent pools, and key industry competitors. • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and sell career opportunities to highly experienced and specialized technical professionals. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously. • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting sourcing strategies based on changing business and talent-market conditions.
