Job summary

Ecosystem is seeking a Strategic Talent Sourcer to map talent markets and build relationships across the United States and Canada. You will identify exceptional professionals, initiate conversations, and work with recruiters as active hiring processes begin.

You will develop long-term talent pipelines, maintain high-quality market intelligence, and travel periodically to support our main locations. This role focuses on understanding markets before requisitions exist and building trusted networks

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting or related relationship-driven roles.
• Ability to identify and engage professionals through outreach and networking.
• Strong communication and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity to learn new industries and roles quickly.
