Job summary

Ecosystem is seeking a Strategic Talent Sourcer to map talent markets, build relationships, and generate insights that power hiring across construction, engineering, and energy sectors. You will identify exceptional professionals, engage passive candidates, and develop trusted networks to support smarter talent decisions.

You will partner with recruiters to create strong pipelines before active roles, maintain high-quality data, and travel to key locations as needed to expand Ecosystem's North

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, business development, sales, market research, talent intelligence, partnership development, or related field.
• Proactively identify and engage professionals through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Strong communication skills and credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly understand new industries, technical roles, and talent markets.
• Strong judgment to identify transferable capabilities and long-term potential.
• Builder mindset; comfortable creating structure where little exists today.
• Excellent organizational skills and disciplined pipeline management.
• Based in Washington DC, New York City, California or Columbus, Ohio with travel ability.
