Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks, Inc. seeks a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to shift recruiting from reactive to proactive. You will build proactive pipelines, map talent markets, and form partnerships to access hard-to-find candidates for manufacturing, engineering, and skilled trades.

In addition to strategic sourcing, you will manage a small portfolio of full-cycle requisitions and support hiring managers with targeted sourcing and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience building proactive talent pipelines and talent communities.
• Experience with manufacturing/technical talent markets preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical, recurring, specialized, and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Identify and engage passive talent using multiple channels.
• Conduct talent-market research and mapping to expand talent pools.
• Translate market intelligence into practical recruiting recommendations.
• Manage a small portfolio of full-cycle requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
