Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to shift recruiting from purely reactive to proactive talent engagement. You will source proactively, build talent pipelines, and partner with TA, HR, and business leaders to plan for future workforce needs.

You'll manage a small requisition portfolio while shaping sourcing strategies, talent intelligence, and partnerships with technical schools, military programs, and industry groups to secure critical talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience including full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, or skilled trades.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills and success engaging passive candidates and difficult-to-find talent.
• Ability to build proactive talent pipelines and talent communities across partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical and recurring roles.
• Identify passive talent through multiple channels and market intelligence.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines with partnerships across TA, HR, and business leaders.
• Manage a small portfolio of full-cycle requisitions and support team capacity as needed.
