Job summary

Cleaver‑Brooks seeks a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to shift recruiting from a reactive model to a proactive, market-aware approach. You will build pipelines, perform market research, and develop partnerships with schools, military programs, and workforce organizations to fuel long-term talent needs.

You will also handle a small portfolio of requisitions and provide recruiting support during peak periods, partnering with leadership to align talent strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, or similarly complex talent markets preferred.
• Ability to build proactive talent pipelines and talent communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical, recurring, specialized, and difficult roles.
• Identify passive talent through multiple channels and map talent markets.
• Build pipelines and partnerships with schools, military programs, and workforce orgs.
• Manage a small portfolio of requisitions while driving proactive recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with Communications & Employer Brand to enhance talent attraction.
