Crossroads Automotive Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to drive talent acquisition, partnerships with local schools, and development of career pathways for technicians in Wake Forest, NC. You will lead sourcing strategies, onboarding, and apprenticeship program initiatives to support growth.

You will collaborate with store managers and HR to build pipelines, coordinate events, and foster strong community connections while maintaining work-life balance and a high-volume recruiting focus.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and developing talent within the automotive industry or skilled trades.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships.
• Ability to organize and manage recruitment events, fairs, and school partnerships.
