Job summary

Crossroads Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Corporate Recruiter to recruit top talent, develop career pathways, and build strong community connections. You will establish partnerships with local schools and colleges, organize job fairs, and coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs.

The role includes developing sourcing strategies to build pipelines for technicians, assisting with onboarding and role development, and helping create apprenticeship and training programs to grow

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing our teams, developing career pathways, and helping build the next generation of automotive professionals.Establish and maintain talent acquisition and development partnerships with local high schools, colleges, and trade schoolsOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsCoordinating with managers and Human Resources to identify staffing needsWork with Human Resources to devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicantsAssist with new employee onboarding and role developmentUse various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job postings, social media platforms, networking events and job fairsDevelop technician apprenticeship and training programs.
