Job summary

The Adecco Group is hiring a Recruiter to source and place temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire candidates for a range of clients in the Michigan area. The role emphasizes candidate pipeline development, market insights, and collaboration with hiring managers to meet client needs.

You will conduct structured interviews, coach candidates on resumes and interview techniques, and leverage recruiting tools to deliver quality placements while ensuring compliance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience is required.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate local talent market and develop workforce planning to ensure a steady pipeline.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Redeploys temporary associates.
• Analyzes hiring needs, determines best-recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific recruiting strategies.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Develop candidate executive summaries for resume submittal.
• Develop long-term relationships with associates while on assignment and redeployment efforts.
• Make calls and visits to customers and prospects to discuss services and maximize relationships.
