Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across multiple clients. You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, coach applicants through resumes and interview prep, and partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with client needs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Strong communication and written/oral skills are essential.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and candidates.
• Knowledge of employment laws, rules and regulations and ATS use.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities
