Heritage Valley Health System is seeking an HR Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across departments to fill open positions. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, manage the onboarding process, and help ensure accurate employee records while supporting HR projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and at least 3 years of recruiting experience, including social media recruitment and knowledge of employment laws.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3+ years recruiting/generalist experience.
• Experience with social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
