Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using diverse search methods to build a robust pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Design and manage job postings, job descriptions and post requirements.
• Coordinate reference, education and background screenings as needed.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist managers with conducting and attending interviews.
