Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Design and manage job postings, job descriptions and post requirements.
• Perform reference, education and background screenings, as needed.
• Schedule interviews; prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist managers with conducting and attending interviews.
• Communicate with hiring managers and HR staff to ensure properly vetted candidates.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and discussing terms of employment.
• Manage onboarding and new hire processes.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Attend job fairs/local events to develop relationships and network opportunities.
• Manage interview, selection and closing processes.
• Report metric-driven results to operational managers.
• Ensure screening/hiring complies with employment laws.
