Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for temporary and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will analyze hiring needs, deploy tailored recruiting strategies, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will partner with hiring managers, coach candidates, conduct structured interviews, and ensure high-quality candidate experiences while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience required.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop client-specific recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline and SME on market trends.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure service levels.
• Administer job postings and act as escalation point in management's absence.
