The role centers on managing programs from development to implementation, establishing governance, and partnering with analytics to measure outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience translating talent priorities into enterprise programs.
• Experience owning programs from development to implementation.
• Ability to liaise between Talent Strategy, HR, Operations, vendors, and partners.
• Experience measuring program outcomes and reporting on results.

Responsibilities

• Translate talent priorities into scalable enterprise programs and initiatives.
• Own and manage assigned programs from development through evaluation and improvement.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Talent Acquisition, vendors and external partners.
• Develop pilots and new approaches to address workforce opportunities.
• Establish processes, tools, and governance for consistent execution.
• Collect feedback and evaluate program effectiveness and adoption.
