Job summary

WM is seeking a Program Manager, Assessments & Coaching, to design, implement and maintain enterprise-wide assessment and coaching initiatives. You will lead needs analysis, program design, and project management, delivering development plans and mentoring solutions across WM.

You will work with HR partners and business leaders to ensure alignment with talent strategy, measure impact, and drive adoption of new and existing programs across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business or related field.
4+ years of relevant work experience in talent management or organizational development.
5+ years in talent management, assessments, coaching, mentoring, and development programs.
Experience administering enterprise talent management programs, especially assessments and coaching.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance WM's assessment and coaching programs and processes.
Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to drive adoption and capability building.
Develop short- and long-term talent programs with project plans, budgets, and metrics.
Monitor program effectiveness and benchmark against best practices; provide insights for leadership.
