Job summary

WM is seeking a Program Manager to design, implement, and maintain enterprise succession planning, critical roles identification, and internal mobility initiatives. The role involves needs analysis, program design, project management, and stakeholder communications to drive adoption and alignment with talent strategy.

You’ll partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure ready-now leadership and effective movement of staff across WM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant work experience.
5 years in Talent Management, Learning or Organization Development with Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Career Pathing, and Competencies.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update succession planning content and processes to support WM's business and talent strategy.
Leverage communication vehicles to build manager and employee capability in succession planning and internal mobility.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with other projects and programs.
Develop talent management programs that support organizational goals and strategy.
Plan, scope, gather requirements, and set metrics for Succession Planning, Critical Roles, and Internal Mobility programs.
