Job summary

Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development team seeks a Principal Associate to lead assessments and team effectiveness initiatives, partnering with learning consultants to analyze and design experiences for leaders and teams.

You will manage day-to-day operations, vendor relationships, and the portfolio while shaping the go-forward offerings with data insights and strategic partnering across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 2+ years in program management, learning delivery, or talent assessment/development.
• 2+ years using/managing team-effectiveness models and tools (Tuckman, Lencioni, CliftonStrengths, SDI, MBTI, DiSC, Hogan).
• 1 year facilitating assessment debriefs or workshops.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, implement, and maintain assessments and team effectiveness offerings.
• Co-create strategy and needs analysis for third party vendors with ROI in mind.
• Consult with stakeholders to identify gaps and emerging needs based on data insights.
• Establish relationships across L&D functions to ensure seamless delivery.
• Build and manage the assessments portfolio, updating content as needed.
• Analyze data to provide recommendations supporting portfolio strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders to align learning efforts with business imperatives.
