Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Eight years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably banking/financial services.
• Strong banking industry knowledge preferred.
• Ability to influence hiring managers with credibility, presence, and strategic thinking.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to establish hiring targets and expectations.
• Experience designing and measuring recruiting events and programs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and management positions across lines of business, including networking, pipeline management, and onboarding.
• Provide strategic recruiting services to executive hiring managers, including market research, sourcing, candidate assessment, and client advice.
• Independently manage search and selection processes for senior roles, including executive positions.
• Build relationships with local businesses and professional organizations to develop a diverse applicant pool.
• Act as an HR partner with data-driven insights to influence recruiting solutions and align with organizational goals.
• Develop and present recruiting plans to hiring managers with quarterly goals and outreach activities.
• Attend conferences and participate in networks to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws and maintain relationships with clients.
