Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the strategy and recruiting team supporting Service and Installation hiring. This role blends people leadership, workforce planning, and talent attraction to build a skilled technician workforce.

The leader will partner with Service leadership and cross-functional partners to meet immediate hiring needs while creating scalable pipelines for growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Two or more years of people-leadership experience.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills.
• Experience using recruiting technology, reporting, and talent analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician recruitment strategy and workforce planning with Service leadership.
• Manage and develop a recruiting team focused on Service and Installation hiring.
• Partner with Service, HR, Marketing, and Operations to align workforce needs.
• Build pipelines through schools, apprenticeships, and military recruiting.
• Create dashboards to measure hiring effectiveness and recruiter performance.
