Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a Strategic Talent Partner in Puerto Rico to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, delivering strategic talent acquisition solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and business leaders.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other specialized positions preferred.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Food & Beverage, or Healthcare industries is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, recruitment technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to leverage tech for reporting and planning.
• Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition advisor for assigned business units and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and labor market conditions.
• Partner with Leaders to identify current and future workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and specialized roles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles to ensure timely talent acquisition.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines and communities.
• Analyze labor market trends and recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning.
• Prepare dashboards, workforce analytics, and executive-level reports.
• Promote innovative recruiting practices and technologies to enhance effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and EEO requirements; maintain audit-ready records.
