Job summary

Mentor Technical Group (MTG) in Puerto Rico is seeking a Strategic Talent Partner to align talent acquisition with business goals. You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs, build effective strategies, and deliver data-driven recommendations for improved hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical positions, designing targeted sourcing, and developing proactive talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, organizational development, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least two years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, pharma, or healthcare roles preferred.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/medical device or healthcare industries is desirable.
• Proficiency with Office suite, ATS, HRIS, recruitment tech, and analytics.
• Certifications: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition advisor for assigned business units.
• Partner with leaders to identify current and future workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and specialized roles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, high-volume, and business-critical positions.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines and communities.
• Analyze labor market trends, recruiting metrics, and workforce data to improve outcomes.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Prepare dashboards and executive-level reports on hiring forecasts.
• Recommend innovative recruiting practices and automation to enhance TA effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies (EEO).
• Maintain audit-ready recruitment records in ATS/HRIS.
• Promote DEIB in hiring practices and processes.
• Support audits and compliance reviews related to recruiting.
