Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in talent management, organizational development, HR, leadership development, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing and administering TM programs across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and HR teams to develop and execute talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide TM, including succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and talent review processes.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify talent needs, workforce risks, and development opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate annual talent review and succession planning cycles, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and leadership accountability.
