Job summary

Eccalon, LLC seeks a visionary Vice President of Workforce and Talent Development to lead enterprise-wide strategy, development, and partnerships. You will guide government contracting-aligned workforce initiatives, collaborate with executives, and scale programs across technical and non-technical domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in workforce development or related domains.
• Proven experience designing and leading enterprise-scale workforce programs.
• Strong executive presence with experience advising senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive workforce and talent development strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning and talent sustainability.
• Lead enterprise efforts to identify critical skill gaps across technical and non-technical domains.
• Oversee design, implementation, and governance of training, upskilling, and reskilling programs.
• Ensure programs are measurable and aligned with contracts and performance requirements.
