Bake'n Joy Foods, Inc. is seeking a Talent Management Partner in the People & Culture team. You will help ensure the right people, skills and talent plans align with organizational priorities across the company.

You will lead job architecture, performance management, succession planning, and learning initiatives while partnering with business leaders to drive engagement and data-driven decisions. This in-office role is based in North Andover, MA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 7+ years in HR with 5+ years in talent management/OD/learning.
• Experience designing company-wide job architecture and career pathways.
• Strong grasp of adult learning theory and facilitation for large groups.
• Proven success implementing talent programs in multi-site manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Drive development of company-wide Job Architecture including career paths.
• Oversee end-to-end performance management with calibration and development talks.
• Lead succession planning and metrics tracking for leadership pipeline.
• Execute Talent Review programs and develop high-potential journeys.
• Design learning programs and strengthen manager effectiveness.
• Own associate engagement surveys and action planning.
• Maintain P&C dashboards and benchmark analytics for leadership.
