Job summary

You will collaborate with P&C Generalists and business leaders to ensure right people, skills, and plans. The position requires 7+ years HR experience, bachelor's degree, and expertise in job architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with talent management focus.
• Experience designing job architecture, leveling, and career pathways.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Drive company-wide Job Architecture with career paths and promotions.
• Lead end-to-end Performance Management and calibration processes.
• Facilitate succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Execute Talent Review programs and create development journeys.
• Design learning programs and strengthen manager effectiveness.
• Own associate engagement surveys and action planning.
• Maintain dashboards and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Translate analytics into compelling data stories for stakeholders.
