Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Management to lead enterprise talent strategies across our dental brands.

You will design programs for performance, succession, engagement, and leadership development, partnering with HR Biz Partners and brand leaders to drive business results. In this hands-on role you’ll build scalable processes, measure outcomes with dashboards, and manage vendor relationships and budgets.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Management experience in a complex, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS in OD/IO Psychology or HR preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute talent strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Enterprise-wide program management experience from design to measurement of impact.
• Experience with Workday or equivalent HRIS and dashboards.
• Analytical and data storytelling skills for leaders’ decision support.
• Certification in Leadership Assessments (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Director to design and run integrated talent strategies across brands.
• Lead talent lifecycle programs: high-potentials, leadership development, succession, and retention.
• Oversee performance management framework and calibration processes end-to-end.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and engagement via listening strategies and action plans.
• Produce communications, dashboards, and scorecards for leadership decisions.
• Manage external vendors and budgets to ensure ROI and alignment with goals.
