The Aspen Group (TAG) seeks a Sr. Manager, Talent Management to partner with HR leaders and executives to design and deliver talent strategies across Aspen Dental and ClearChoice Dental Implants.

You will drive performance management, leadership development, and talent reviews while navigating a matrixed organization. You will build capability, coach leaders, manage vendors and budgets, and integrate talent programs with HR systems to enable scalable, compliant practices.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Management experience in a high-growth organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS in OD/HR preferred.
• Experience with Workday or equivalent HRIS and integrating talent initiatives.
• Analytical and data storytelling skills with experience building dashboards for leaders.

• Design and execute integrated talent strategies for the Dental Lines of Business.”
• Oversee the brand’s performance management framework end-to-end.
• Lead brand-specific succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Support employee listening, engagement strategies, and cultural initiatives.
• Create talent and performance communications, dashboards, and decision-ready materials.
• Measure impact of talent programs and collaborate with HRIS/Workday for automation.
