The Aspen Group (TAG) is hiring a Sr. Manager, Talent Management to partner with HR and business leaders across Aspen Dental and ClearChoice.

You will drive talent strategies, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development to enable growth and ensure compliance across brands. This hands-on role shapes talent programs, builds data-driven insights, and collaborates with Legal, Compliance, and HR Centers of Excellence to align people practices with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive HR/talent management experience in a complex, high-growth setting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
• Proven experience linking talent strategies to business priorities.
• End-to-end program management and measurable impact.
• Experience integrating talent initiatives into an HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated talent strategies for the Dental Lines of Business.
• Oversee performance management end-to-end across brands.
• Lead brand-specific succession planning and leadership development.
• Consult on employee engagement strategies with senior leaders.
• Create communications, dashboards, and decision-ready materials.
