In this role, you will analyze performance data, coach staff, and align operations with organizational priorities, ensuring scheduling efficiency, standards compliance, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated ownership of team or business results.
• Proven ability to drive performance through people, process, and data.
• Experience in healthcare or a comparable service-based environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own total business performance, including KPIs, revenue growth, and patient experience.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and execute clear action plans.
• Lead monthly performance discussions and drive accountability for results.
• Build and sustain a high-performing team through coaching, development, and clear expectations.
• Create a strong leadership culture focused on engagement, development, and bench strength.
• Develop a talent pipeline to support current performance and future growth.
• Drive operational excellence, including scheduling effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and execution of standards.
• Ensure consistency and discipline in day-to-day operations to maximize productivity and service delivery.
• Operate with a business owner mindset, making strategic, data-driven decisions.
