The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Management to design and deliver enterprise talent strategies across Aspen Dental and ClearChoice brands.

Qualificações

• 8–10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience developing and executing talent strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide programs from inception to ROI.
• Experience with Workday or equivalent HRIS configuration.
• Analytical skills and ability to build dashboards for leaders.
• Strong influencing, facilitation, and coaching skills at all levels.
• Experience managing vendors and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver Talent Management programs for Aspen Dental and ClearChoice.
• Partner with HR leaders to drive talent strategies across brands.
• Lead Talent Management initiatives including performance management and succession planning.
• Develop leadership development and career pathways for key roles.
• Create communications, dashboards, and scorecards for leadership decision making.
• Measure program impact and integrate initiatives into HR systems and processes.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
