Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Talent Management Lead to shape organizational capabilities through Talent Management, Development, and Performance programs. You will design and administer talent reviews, build career paths, and deploy leadership initiatives while integrating diversity and inclusion into processes.

You will own the performance cycle, coach managers, analyze data, and partner with People Technology to enhance systems.

Qualifications

• Led design and administration of Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.
• Developed and managed career pathing frameworks and competency models.
• Overseen deployment of targeted development programs (leadership training, mentorship).
• Integrated diversity and inclusion into talent management and succession processes.
• Own end-to-end Performance Review cycle (objective setting, check-ins, year-end reviews, calibration).
• Educate managers and employees on performance management best practices.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with People Technology to enhance the review system.

Responsibilities

• Shape organizational capabilities and implement Talent Management, Development, and Performance.
• Lead Talent Review and Succession Planning to identify and grow critical roles.
• Develop career paths and competency models to support growth and agility.
