Consigli Construction seeks a Sr. Director of Talent Development to lead learning, development, and organizational development across the enterprise. Based in Milford, MA, you will set vision, build scalable programs, and guide a high-performing team for high-quality execution.

You will partner with executives to design succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews, ensuring initiatives align with business strategy and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management and leadership development.
• Experience designing and executing executive and leadership development programs.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Evolve core talent programs (performance management, talent review, succession) to changing needs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication with cross-regional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for talent development initiatives across the organization.
• Set direction for scalable solutions aligning with business strategy.
• Drive innovation by evaluating trends and best practices in talent development.
• Lead enterprise-wide talent review and succession planning processes.
• Own strategy for top-talent development, including high-potential programs.
