Plymouth Housing Group in Seattle is seeking a Director of Talent Development to lead an integrated talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Learning & Development. You will build strong hiring, onboarding, learning, and leadership development systems to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.

Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast needs, design scalable programs for a mission-driven organization, and advance equity-centered

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, learning and development, or organizational development.
• 5+ years in leadership overseeing multiple functions.
• Experience with high-volume, diverse recruitment and building learning programs with measurable impact.
• Experience with unionized workforces and grant-funded staffing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• HR certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Forecast talent needs with executives to support workforce planning.
• Lead recruitment strategy and ensure equitable, compliant hiring.
• Oversee onboarding, learning, leadership development, and training programs.
• Build career pathways, leadership pipelines, and succession planning frameworks.
• Use talent data and metrics to improve hiring, retention, and development outcomes.
• Oversee talent systems including applicant tracking, learning management, and analytics tools.
• Partner across departments to align talent strategy with organizational goals and service delivery needs.
• Support trauma-informed, equity-centered, and values-aligned practices across all talent programs.
