Job summary

Plymouth Housing Group in Greater Seattle seeks a Director of Resident Well-Being to lead resident services across its portfolio. This role partners with the VP of Quality, Innovation, and Health to implement a new model of case management and supervision, translating vision into daily practice.

You will supervise Resident Well-Being Managers, ensure fidelity to housing-first approaches, oversee QA activities, budgets, and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve resident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social sciences, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred; diversity and inclusion valued.
• Minimum seven years delivering permanent supportive housing or related services.
• At least four years supervising staff and care teams.
• Three years in program development for housing, nonprofit, or behavioral health.
• Two years QA/QI processes experience.
• Two years developing safety and crisis intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize resident well-being strategies aligned with FCS/PSH models.
• Provide leadership to Resident Well-Being Managers and care teams.
• Coordinate with Directors of Portfolio Management, Housing Operations, and Facilities.
• Oversee QA activities, data monitoring, and policy updates.
• Identify service gaps and lead program/policy improvements.
• Collaborate with Integrated Health, Risk Management, and Safety teams.
• Promote PSH best practices and cross-portfolio learning.
• Support budget development, expense approvals, and compliance.
• Participate in safety planning and behavioral health service alignment.
