TEKsystems seeks a Non-Production Leader to oversee the Midwest Core Applications team. You will drive spread growth, oversee delivery strategy, collaborate with Sales, and mentor leaders.

This role reports to the Senior Director and anchors annual operating plans tying team goals to company initiatives. The position requires building executive-level partnerships, coordinating Talent Delivery, and shaping a leadership culture across multiple teams with travel up to 30%.

Formación

• 3+ years of production leadership or above experience.
• Highly organized with ability to coach and manage employees at various levels.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business trends and workforce sizing.
• Experience driving initiatives aligned to company and team strategies.
• Leadership capabilities to drive change and build leaders.
• Expertise in managing stakeholder expectations with senior leaders.
• Ability to collaborate virtually across functions and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Meet business performance goals by driving spread growth across Core Applications.
• Establish successful operating processes within the AOP framework.
• Develop and communicate strategy to optimize delivery and growth in Core Apps.
• Communicate clearly to align strategic teams with goals and values.
• Build relationships across teams to gain trust and implement plans.
• Work with executive leaders to ensure strategy meets customer needs.
• Participate in selecting Delivery Managers and Team Leads with coaching.
• Create a leadership culture and develop leaders across teams.
• Communicate and execute performance standards across teams.
• Participate in AOP meetings with sales partners to align priorities.
