Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a Non-Production Leader to oversee the Midwest region for our Core Applications team. This position will primarily be responsible for successfully growing spread in Core Applications, developing and overseeing delivery strategy, cross-collaborating with Sales partners, and developing Leaders. This person will create and execute on annual operating plans aligning team goals to company goals and initiatives. This position requires experience working with leaders across talent delivery to ensure the partnership that will enable growth of business and team. This person will report to the Senior Director.

Responsibilities

• Meet business performance goals by driving spread growth across Core Applications

• Establish successful operating processes and alignment expectations within the AOP process (Annual Operating Plan)

• Develop and communicate strategy to ensure optimizing delivery and growing spread in Core Apps

• Communicate consistently – ensure Strategic teams are aligned to goals and core values of the organization through clear and consistent communication

• Build strong relationships across teams to create trust and conviction of the strategy to ensure successful implementation of our plans

• Successfully work with executive level leaders to ensure that the strategy meets the business needs of our customers

• Participate in the assessment and selection of Delivery Managers, Production Delivery Managers, Team Leads, and Specialization Leads, and provide coaching and developmental feedback to affiliated team members on a frequent basis

• Create a leadership culture and build leaders across your teams

• Communicate and execute performance standards across your teams

• Participate in AOP meetings with sales partners to align priorities and understand where the future pipeline of business will come from.

• Identify strategic business opportunities to propel growth

• Demonstrate organizational savvy – build collaborative and effective partnerships across the organization in an effort to maximize positive business outcomes and leverage expertise across the matrix.

• Must be able to build, validate, and drive recruiting territories in partnership with all levels of sales leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, business or related area preferred; combination of high school diploma/GED and equivalent experience in lieu of a degree, at a minimum.

• Minimum of 3+ years of production leadership or above experience at TEKsystemspreferred, with a successful track record in the Staffing Talent Delivery & Services industry

• Must be highly organized with the ability to coach and manage employees at various levels and functions.

• Must have a high degree of analytical skills to be able to evaluate business trends and determine the appropriate size of your workforce.

• Must have experience driving initiatives that align to company and team strategies.

• Demonstrates leadership capabilities to assist in driving the necessary change associated with the strategies being created.

• Expertise in managing stakeholder expectations, including key senior business stakeholders

• Ability to collaborate virtually across functions, workgroups, leadership and teams on a continuous basis, and can build a strong rapport with various roles throughout the organization

• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation

• Ability to be flexible and agile and pivot to changing business prioritiesor competing interests/initiatives.

• Is resourceful, detail-oriented, and has strong independent problem-solving skills

• Strong proficiency in recruiting tools such as Connected, MS Teams, and LinkedIn, as well proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note, etc.)

Special Requirements:

Up to 30% travel will be necessary throughout the as needed (i.e. – internal and external meetings, planning sessions, market analysis, etc.)

Salary range: $90k-$140k Bonus starts at $40k
