Aston Carter is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Seattle for a contract role with hybrid on-site and remote collaboration. You will manage full-cycle salaried recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and help migrate recruiting activities into UKG, ensuring data accuracy and compliance during a major HR technology transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout hiring process.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as UKG/Workday/SuccessFactors.
• Ability to audit and validate recruiting data for accuracy and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle salaried requisitions from posting to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for updates and process support.
• Coordinate candidate movement through workflows and ensure a positive experience.
• Support manufacturing, IT, Finance, Sales, and other roles.
• Prepare offers and maintain recruiting compliance and documentation.
• Maintain accurate internal and external job postings.
• Assist ATS administration and data integrity during system changes.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality hiring during migrations.
• Participate in process improvement to boost efficiency.
