Job summary

Champions Group is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-life-cycle recruitment for internal and external roles, partnering with hiring managers to hire and onboard top talent. This onsite role in California requires commuting to Brea, with travel up to 25% within the region.

Strong sourcing, data analysis, and compliance experience are essential. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in TA/HR, experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred), and a track record in high-volume

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment or HR.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and multi-site environments preferred.
• 2+ years with ATS; Greenhouse preferred.
• AI usage in recruiting is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers to determine workforce needs and execute a high-volume recruitment and onboarding strategy.
• Manages full-life cycle recruitment process (sourcing, pre-screening, assessments, ATS, background checks, offer letters, onboarding) for designated region/area.
• Develops understanding of marketplace and networks; tracks industry trends and best practices.
• Extracts and analyzes data from ATS; provides weekly reports and recommends process improvements.
• Tracks candidate status and onboarding process; dispositions candidates to maintain documentation.
• Develops relationships with Trade Schools/Military Bases to attract talent.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws; guides hiring managers on legal requirements.
• Attends and coordinates recruitment events; tracks attendance data.
• Performs other duties/projects as assigned.
