You will source qualified talent, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Join a leading tier 1 automotive supplier with an ESOP program and strong emphasis on safety, ownership, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Creative and proactive with problem solving and decision making.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions across the organization.
• Source qualified candidates through online channels and networks.
• Partner with leaders to identify hiring needs and talent planning.
• Coordinate interviews and assess candidates against required criteria.
• Conduct reference/background checks and explain HR policies as needed.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure organized processes.
