Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment, from posting jobs to offers. You will partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong interviewing and analytical skills, and proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter. This on-site role supports Maymont’s growth under Brookfield’s umbrella.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screens.
• Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Create and maintain accurate job descriptions and interview guides.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and recruiting records.
• Track and report recruiting metrics and pipeline activity.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
