Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through offer.
• Coordinate interviews and reference checks with hiring managers.
• Develop and post compelling, compliant job postings.
• Provide recruitment metrics and continuous process improvements.
• Partner with hiring managers to align role requirements with organizational values.
