• Associate degree in HR or related field.

• Experience with Oracle HCM and ATS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRBPs, hiring managers, and applicants through the recruiting lifecycle.
• Source candidates via passive and active strategies and manage campaigns.
• Administer Workable ATS including posting requisitions and status updates.
• Manage advertising campaigns and handle related invoicing.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps; support offers.
• Support onboarding data and create employee records in Oracle.
• Analyze recruiting trends and propose process improvements.
