The role emphasizes collaboration with HR partners, hiring managers, and candidates, with a strong emphasis on compliance, onboarding, and process improvement in Oracle and Workable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferably in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years sourcing efficiencies and candidate assessment techniques; social recruiting experience.
• Experience with Workable and Oracle HRIS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Partners and managers through the recruiting process from kickoff to onboarding.
• Source candidates via passive and active methods; manage vendor relationships and outreach.
• Administer applicant tracking, postings, communications, and system access in Workable.
• Run advertising campaigns, track expenses, and handle invoices.
• Oversee background checks, POPES, and candidate experience.
• Support offers for benefits-eligible roles and high-volume hiring for student/part-time positions.
• Maintain new-hire data in Oracle and analyze onboarding trends for improvements.
