Responsibilities

• Support end users of the Oracle HCM system (HRIS).
• Answer routine end user questions related to timekeeping, system navigation, and other basic HCM functions.
• Act as subject matter expert for Oracle HCM timekeeping and absence management, maintaining documentation and issue resolution.
• Steward departmental webforms and workflows, partnering to improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Process education-related benefits for employees and dependents, one-time payments, and contractor requests.
