Job summary

Phoenix Logistics, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with HR and hiring managers on employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and retention across the organization.

This role leads high-volume full lifecycle recruiting for technical, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate positions, coordinating interviews, screenings, and new employee orientation. It requires in-person work at Phoenix Defense locations in Orlando and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of recruiting experience, with high-volume background.
• Proficient with ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of DoD hiring practices and related laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive employer branding and candidate attraction for Phoenix Defense.
• Execute high-volume full lifecycle recruiting and onboarding.
• Partner with managers to define required skills and future roles.
• Facilitate interviews and feedback processes.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation and onboarding.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines across the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
