The role requires 3–5 years in talent acquisition or HR, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to document stakeholder needs clearly.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, recruiting and/or human resources.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, management, business or related field.
• Experience in transportation and/or distribution industries preferred.
• Ability to document stakeholder needs clearly and objectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Guide hiring managers through requisition processes and interview preparation.
• Screen applicants and participate in interviews as requested by hiring managers.
• Provide compensation data insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Oversee standard offer processes and equal hiring practices.
