Socket.dev is seeking a Project Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead initiatives that improve recruiting operations, streamline processes, and enhance the candidate and hiring team experience. You will manage projects from planning through implementation, partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations.
• Experience with recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Ability to translate needs into actionable project plans and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition projects from concept to launch with plans, timelines and milestones.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and manage priorities and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and clarify responsibilities.
• Establish project structure, success measures, and reporting for visibility.
• Identify risks and roadblocks; develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Identify opportunities to improve TA processes, workflows, and systems.
• Manage vendor-related projects including timelines, deliverables and performance.
• Use data to prioritize initiatives and support decision-making, including dashboards.
