Job summary

Strategic Mission Critical in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment strategies and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent for mission critical facilities.

You will champion employer branding, drive sourcing excellence, mentor junior teammates, and ensure a seamless candidate journey from first contact through onboarding, while upholding fair and compliant hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment law, and HR technologies.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies with hiring managers.
• Proactively utilize advanced sourcing techniques to engage diverse candidates.
• Track and optimize recruitment performance metrics.
• Foster a strong candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Provide mentorship to junior talent acquisition teammates.
• Leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Follow SOPs supporting fair and consistent hiring practices.
• Assist employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal hiring requirements.
• Act as mentor to junior TA team members.
